Name is Hong XuanLock but many people know me as Cyndi. I have been in the beauty industry for  over 10 years, I’ve actually grew up in this industry I am a cosmetologist specialize in Nails makeup and eyebrows . I received my cosmetology license back in 20211 and graduated with my Bachelor in business Administration in 2014.I continue to help run my family salon after I was finish with school. I have always love the beauty industry since I was little. My passion is to help people be confident and love themself. “I believe that when we look good on the outside helps us heal and  feel good  On the  inside”. Great Self esteem and confidence is a big attribute to our success and life, with my experience we can loose that at such a young age due to the impact of society and our surroundings. It took me having kids to realize that I did not truly know myself anymore and got lost in pleasing everyone else .” I always believe that if you don’t love yourself how could you truly  love anyone”. And with that I did what I need to start building myself back up so that I could give my kids the  loving confident mommy that they deserve. My first permanent cosmetic procedure was getting my eyebrow semi permanent tattoo and OMG life changing because the eyebrow Frame your face . It gave me so much confidence it was the start of me loving me and choosing me . I want to be able to help others feel just as happy as I did that is why I choose to enter this PMU field. Choosing  Arkansas Permanent Cosmetic  Institute in Cabot was the best decision I could’ve ever made for myself.
