From growing up in a small family salon to working backstage at New York and Paris Fashion Weeks, Cyndi Phan Lock has spent her life dedicated to the art of beauty. While she has served as a pageant judge and runway artist, Cyndi’s purpose and passion  led her to Permanent Makeup (PMU) and Education. As a Master Educator, she is passionate about helping future artists find their way, teaching them that the best results are achieved with a full heart and integrity.
 
She founded I’Ambrace Beauty on the philosophy that looking good on the outside is a catalyst for healing on the inside. Whether she is framing a client’s face with perfect brows or mentoring a student, Cyndi’s goal is to empower others to embrace their unique beauty and potential.
